With over 40 years of successful experience as an Entrepreneur in various businesses, he has provided strategic and operational leadership in uniquely challenging situations. Today, he is recognized as an accomplished Businessman in many different industries.

He has always demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and passion for being his own boss from a very young age. He has worked diligently to achieve his aims and with all levels of staff to understand processes and provides leadership, recognition, and motivation, which polished his skills as a leader and entrepreneur.

Mr. Joy is also a founder of a variety of businesses at both national and international level including I.T., Automotive, Banking, Leather Products, Olympic Licensee, Hospitality, Real Estate, Television Media, Travel Agency, Non-Profit Organizations, and Capital Investment companies. Through these businesses, he harnessed the benefits of excellent sales and partnering experience, along with his extensive business background.

Being a born leader, he is always attracted to new and challenging opportunities. In his professional life, he is passionate about undertaking new business ventures, startups, study and explore new industries, see feasibility whether that business will succeed or not, what are the future trends for that business for the next 10 to 15 years, if it seems viable he nurtures it and puts in his optimal efforts to achieve success in it.

• He was invited as a keynote speaker at the Billion Dollar Roundtable Conference (BDR), Bellsouth’s Minority Supplier Seminar, and USPAACC-SE for 'Doing Business in Asia' conference.
• He considers himself lucky to be selected among the 25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia by the Georgia Asian Times.
• He was honored and recognized as an outstanding and successful Asian American entrepreneur and role model by Who’s Who in Asian American Communities.
• The United States Government recognized his efforts and he was invited by U.S. Senator Zell B. Miller to fly the U.S. flag over the U.S. Capitol Building in recognition of becoming a U.S. Citizen.
• He was conferred the privilege to plant an Oak Tree at the U.S. Capitol with Architect of the Capitol and Senators.
• He was invited to attend President George Bush’s Inaugural Celebration at the White House.
• He am certified as the only licensed Indian minority vendor to sell Olympics Memorabilia during the Atlanta Olympics 1996.

How is he Giving Back to The Community?

As Mr. Joy is extremely kind-hearted, he cannot see the people suffer. He is always in search of opportunities to help the poor and needy to provide them with opportunities to develop, grow, and become self-sufficient. To achieve this end, he has started non-profit organizations and programs to make the underprivileged people productive members of society.

He has started an innovative STEM education program with the name of New Hope GEC. The aim is to equip the underprivileged young generation with the technical knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of tomorrow

He is also the founder of Human Uplift Team America (HUT America, Inc.). HUT America Inc. provides support in India and Africa for building shelters, schools and hospitals for the HIV infected and orphaned children. In these schools, each child is allowed to reach their full potential in their personal, educational, and emotional life. The organization also delivers high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive health care to the impoverished communities of rural India.
